The Studio Legale Primosig , situated in the furthest north-eastern part of
Italy, the market town of Gorizia which borders the Republic of Slovenia, takes
pride in its nearly forty year–experience, based mainly on the relationship
between Eastern and Western Europe.

The head office is right in Gorizia , a multiethnic border-city that has just
celebrated its millenium and that has always been a crossroad of cultural and
trade exchanges thus representing a meeting point for Latin, German and Slav
people.

The perfect knowledge of the Slovene language, mother-tongue for most of the
Studio's team, has from the start greatly contributed to extend (increase) our
knowledge of the law beyond frontiers. This has allowed the study of those
law-systems of the nearby States that were formerly part of Yugoslavia and
that have now, after the political –legal changes of the Balcans, become the
peculiar legal-system of each new-born Country.

Furthermore, the Studio Legale Primosig , follows the evolution of the legal
regulations of the young republics of Slovenia and Croatia through a
collaboration with legal journals and magazines and a thick correspondence
with local lawyers and academics. As a matter of fact, these interaction
extend also to the Yugoslavian Federation (Republic of Serbia and Montenegro)
, to Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia, reaching Hungary, the Check Republic,
the Republic of Slovakia and others. Of course the Studio is very careful not to
neglet our local reality which is, since always, an essential piece in the mosaic of
relations that the Studio itself maintains.
